Refund, Return and Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch. Store credit will be issued for future use on your next purchase.

  • For COD orders, make payment only upon receiving the package.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Please ensure your choice before purchasing.

Damaged, Mismatched, or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, mismatched, or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • An unboxing video (without pauses or cuts) is required to initiate a claim.

  • Returns for damaged, mismatched, or defective products are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping and Reshipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for reshipping costs for unsuccessful deliveries or customer unavailability.

  • We cover reshipping costs for errors like damaged or incorrect products.

Refund Timeframe and  Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days.

  • Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Store Credit for Unanswered Return Requests

  • If no response is received within 7 days of delivery, store credit will be issued after deducting return shipping costs.
  • Store credit will be issued to the customer's account after 7 days and can be used for future purchases. It must be used within 1 year of issuance.

No Exchange or Return After Dispatch

  • Once dispatched, no return or exchange requests can be accommodated, except for damaged, mismatched, or defective products, which can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Packaging Condition

  • Damaged products must be reported with an unboxing video immediately upon delivery.

  • Original packaging must be unopened for valid claims.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate shipping details and inspect products upon delivery.

  • Claims for damage, mismatched, or defective products must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Returns for damaged, mismatched, or defective products must be made within 3 days of receipt.
