An unboxing video (without pauses or cuts) is required to initiate a claim.

Shipping and Reshipping Charges

Customers are responsible for reshipping costs for unsuccessful deliveries or customer unavailability.

Store Credit for Unanswered Return Requests
- If no response is received within 7 days of delivery, store credit will be issued after deducting return shipping costs.
- Store credit will be issued to the customer's account after 7 days and can be used for future purchases. It must be used within 1 year of issuance.
No Exchange or Return After Dispatch
