Welcome to Ezzent . These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website www.ezzent.in and the purchase of products from Ezzent . By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or make any purchases.
2. Products and Brand Resale
Ezzent offers Branded products and perfumes from other brands that we resell. The resale of these third-party perfumes is done in accordance with the terms provided by the respective brands.
All third-party perfumes are sold with the permission of the brand owner or authorized distributor. We ensure the authenticity of all products but cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the brand’s performance, packaging, or quality outside of our direct control.
3. Order Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you are offering to purchase the product under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or errors in pricing.
An order confirmation will be sent once we have processed your payment and confirmed your order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be reflected at checkout before payment is processed.
Payments can be made using secure payment gateways such as credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, payment is only due once the package is received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently only offer shipping within India.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. After dispatch, the courier will take 3-7 days for delivery, depending on the location and service availability.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
6. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your order before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes, as they are personal items.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for defective products that cannot be replaced. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or store credit if COD was used.
7. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video (without any pauses or cuts) as evidence of the damage.
If the box is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the package from the courier and inform us immediately.
After 24 hours, no claims for damaged products will be entertained.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure that your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or unreachable address, reshipping costs will apply.
Customers must inspect their orders for damage upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Ezzent Perfume or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.

We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party brand products that we resell. Any concerns about third-party products should be directed to the respective brand or authorized distributor.

Ezzent Perfume is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to product defects, delays, or issues caused by third-party brands.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product purchased.
